Funeral services for Kathleen Norris Matthews, 93, of Monterey, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Tuesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Standing Stone Care and Rehab in Monterey, TN. She was born August 11, 1921, in Clay County, TN, to the late Abram L. Norris and Lola M. Norris. She was a retired factory worker, and a member of the Monterey Community Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Vechel L. Norris and Sue J. Hawkins. Survivors include 1 Niece: Linda (Darrel) Holloway of Monterey, TN; 1 Nephew: Bruce (Linda) Hawkins of Gainesboro, TN; 6 Great Nieces; 1 Great Nephew; 5 Great - Great Nieces; and 2 Great - Great Nephews.
