Junior Grogan

Funeral services for Mr. Junior Grogan, 89, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rock Springs Cemetery in Clay County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019, at NHC Sparta. He was born November 30, 1929, in Clay County, TN, to the late Millard Grogan and JoAnna Grogan. He was married to the late Velvet Grogan. He worked as a tree trimmer. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Survivors include 3 Daughters: Bridget Thrasher of IN, Francis Baer of Cookeville, TN, and Lee Anna Woolbright of Cookeville, TN; 11 Grandchildren; several Great Grandchildren; and 1 Sister: LenaBell Adams of Celina, TN.
