The family will receive friends on Sunday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 20, 1948, in Portsmouth, OH, to the late Eddie and Vera Williams. She was married to the late Rodney Smith. She was a homemaker, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Pam and Roy Head of Gainesboro, TN; 7 Grandchildren: Josh Stafford of Cookeville, TN, Sarah Hines of Gainesboro, TN, Lindsay Young of Gainesboro, TN, Jacob Davis of Gainesboro, TN, James Head of Murfreesboro, TN, Keisha McCoin, and Timmy McCoin; 10 Great Grandchildren: Jada Stafford, Aiden Stafford, Daltyn Hines, Mallorie Hines, Mason McCoin, Ella Whitlow, Gunner McCoin, Garett McCoin, Nova Lee Davis, and Hadley Cochran; and 1 Sister: Julie Belcher of Columbus, OH.
