Judy Hoelscher

Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Hoelscher, 83, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, May 17, 2007, at the Old Antioch Community Church in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. Burial will follow in the Old Antioch Cemetery in the Old Antioch community. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12 Noon until time of services at the Old Antioch Community Church. Mrs. Hoelscher passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at her residence. She was born June 29, 1923, in Mingo County, WV, to the late Arthur and Iccle Young Hardy. She was married to the late Joseph Hoelscher. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Old Antioch Community Church. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Eddie Darrell Laxton; 2 Brothers: Harold Hardy and Clifton Hardy; and 2 Sisters: Jean Dotson and Helen Hinders. Survivors include 1 Son: Danny C. Laxton of Florida; 1 Daughter: Linda Waye of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Clifford Hardy of Dayton, Ohio; 3 Sisters: Daphiane Kennedy of Dayton, Ohio, Edith Ort of Harvey, IL, and Patricia James of Sophia, WV; 3 Grandchildren; and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
