Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Ann Stacy Smith, 66, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 3 P.M. on Monday, April 1, 2013, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Stacy Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was born March 11, 1947, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Joe Elmer Stacy and JoNell Dillon Stacy. On September 12, 1971, she was married to the late James Ray Smith, who passed away March 29, 1994. She was a homemaker, and of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Billy Joe Stacy, Jerry Lee Stacy, and Jimmy Wayne Stacy; 1 Sister: Cathy Bull; 2 Sons: Timothy Pedigo and James Smith; and 1 Daughter: Sandra Pedigo. Survivors include: 1 Son: Brandon Smith of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Nichole Smith of Gainesboro, TN and Donna McCoin of Burkesville, KY; 3 Sisters: Linda (Bill) Goolsby, Bobbie Barlow, and Brenda Hunter all of Gainesboro, TN; 6 Grandchildren: Hunter and Jozie Beechboard, Cody Stafford, Renee McCoin, Timothy McCoin, and Eric Hammock and 4 Great Grandchildren.
