Joyce Ann Ford was born November 30, 1946, in Murfreesboro, TN, and she passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at Mabry Health Care and Rehab in Gainesboro, TN, at the age of 75. The family has chosen cremation, with no services at this time.

She was the daughter of the late James Edward Nickens and Vera Pearl Nickens. She worked as a nurse aide.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband: Sam Ford; Son: Dan Blackburn; Brother: Jimmy Nickens; and Sisters: Jean Poole, Donna Warnick, and Connie Sanders.

Survivors include her Son: John Blackburn of Gainesboro, TN; Brothers: Kenneth Nickens of Gainesboro, TN, and Bobby Nickens of Cookeville, TN; and Granddaughter: Kelsie.
