Joy M. Keeling

Joy M. Keeling was born March 7, 1947 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the age of 76.

She was the daughter of Alfred P. and Ethel Clay Carmack Scott.  Joy was a member of the Whitleyville Church of Christ and retired from Nielsen and Bainbridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Roy Keeling who passed away on June 23, 2000, brother, Bobby Scott and sister Frances Vanderpool.

Survivors include her son, Gary Keeling of Whitleyville; daughter, Teresa Crowder of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Rachel (Dillon) Maynard of Gainesboro; Dylan Crowder of Gainesboro and Amanda Keeling of Nevada and great grandchild, Reed Maynard.  Other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, 11 am to 12:30 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.  Graveside service and interment will be on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 beginning at 1 pm in  John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Mike Fox officiating.
