Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Clint Chafin, Jr., 29, of Sparta, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, March 31, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Chafin passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, at his residence in Sparta, TN. He was born June 14, 1977, in Bristol, VA, to Johnny Clint Chafin, Sr. and the late Deborah Ann Proulex. He worked in the construction industry. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandmothers: Clara Proulex and Minnie Chafin. Survivors include 2 Sons; his Father: Johnny Clint Chafin, Sr.; 1 Brother: Allen Proulex of Sparta, TN; and 2 Sisters: Joann Proulex of Sparta, TN and Jennifer Chafin of Bristol, VA.
