John "Jack" Lukasik

Funeral services for John “Jack” Lukasik, 65, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held on Saturday, January 1, 2022, at 3 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 Noon until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born October 7, 1956, in Chicago, IL, to the late Chester J. Lukasik and Dorothy Jasick Lukasik. On October 23, 1982, he was married to Pamela Lukasik, who survives. He was a superintendent at Central Steel and Wire Co., in Chicago, IL. Lover of all the simple things in life. Nature, hunting and fishing were his passions. Loving husband to Pamela, and loving father to his kids Sabrina, Matt, John and Sarah. He was a best friend to all of them. A man that could put a smile on anyone's face. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brother: Chester Lukasik, Jr.; and Sisters: Laura Rodriguez and Lana Spina. Survivors include his Wife: Pamela Lukasik of Gainesboro, TN; Son: John (Sarah) Lukasik of Warrenville, IL; Daughter: Sabrina (Matthew) Lukasik of Aurora, IL; Brother: Thaddeus Lukasik of Deer Lodge, TN; Sisters: Linda Covello and Lois Rico, both of Schiller Park, IL; and his Buddy Dog: Dozer.
