John Herman Brown was born July 28, 1945, in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 77.
He was the son of the late Uriah Brown and Flora Dee Stafford Brown. He was a truck driver, and a resident of Gainesboro, TN.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Sisters: Lella Sullivan, Anna Bell Brown, and Mildred Willene Stafford; and Infant Brothers.
Survivors include his Sons: Timothy John (Jamie) Brown of Cookeville, Gregory Mitchell Brown of Whitleyville, Kyle Steven Race of MI, and Christopher John (Karen) Brown of Cookeville; Daughter: Anna Beth Brown of Gainesboro; Sister: Elizabeth (Larry) Howell of Gainesboro; 10 Grandchildren; and 21 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday February 18, 2023 from 2 P.M. – 4 P.M. in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation.
