John Edward Thomason

John Edward Thomason II was born Dec. 2, 1971 in Detroit, MI and he passed away on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 50. John was the son of John Edward Thomason I and Joyce Ann Pigg Thomason. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Caitlyn Thomason. Survivors include his wife, Andrea Jean Thomason of Gainesboro, son John Edward Thomason III of Gainesboro, daughters, Matty Thomason of Portland, Miranda Thomason, Hailey Thomason and Clarissa Thomason all of Gainesboro; brother, Jason Thomason of Gainesboro, sisters, Connie Strong and Renea Scott of Gainesboro, grandchildren, Kimberly Avacyn Gussler, Elizabeth Freya Gussler. Funeral services will be announced when they are completed. Memorial donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
