Joey M. Jackson

Funeral services for Mr. Joey M. Jackson, 39, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, June 24, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery in St. Joe, Indiana. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 - 9 P.M., Thursday from 2 - 9 P.M., and Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mr. Jackson passed away on Monday, June 20, 2005, in Gainesboro, TN. He was born June 8, 1966, in Granite City, Illinois, to Paula Newbold & the late Jerry O. Jackson. Mr. Jackson was a residential construction worker, and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Owen & Hattie Jackson; his maternal grandmother: Zelma King; and 1 uncle: Joey Jackson. Survivors include his Mother & Step-Father: Paula & Ron Newbold of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons and 1 Daughter-in-Law: Michael S. & Amanda Jackson of Butler, IN; and Chad A. Jackson of Montpelier, Ohio; 1 Daughter and Son-in-Law: Heather N. & Daniel D. Williams of Butler, IN; 3 Grandchildren: Michelle Bonecutter, Sky Jackson, and Michael Williams; his Maternal Grandfather & Step-Grandmother: Paul & Ruth Brown of Charlotte, N.C.; 1 Brother and Sister-in-Law: Scott & Tina Jackson of Granite City, Illinois; 2 Step-Brothers: Ronnie Newbold of St. Louis, MO; and Adam (Amanda) Newbold of Louisville, KY; and 3 Sisters and 1 Brother-in- Law: Kimberly Livingston of Scott City, MO; Nicole & Ricky Paul of Celina, TN; and Loretta Newbold of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
