Funeral services for Mr. Joe Harvey Dailey, 52, of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, October 1, 2012, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John Young Cemetery in the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 P.M. - 9 P. M., and on Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born February 9, 1960, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Allen Rich Dailey and Frances Irene Light Dailey. On March 31, 1989, he was married to Jeanie Kay Dailey, who survives. He was a factory worker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: David Wayne Dailey; and 1 Sister: Bonnie Frank Scott. Survivors include his Wife: Jeanie Kay Dailey of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN; 3 Sons: Joel Lee Dailey, Joshua Blake Dailey, and Joseph Brandon Dailey, all of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN; 1 Brother: Bruce (Brinda) Dailey of Livingston, TN; 2 Sisters: Barbara (Earl) Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN, and Loretta Mabry of Cookeville, TN; his Mother-in-Law: Mary Jo Haney of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN; and his Father-in-Law: Herbert Haney of the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
