Funeral services for Mrs. Joanna Dyer, 74, of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, July 12, 2013, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dyer Cemetery in Bloomington Springs, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 P.M. - 8 P. M., and on Friday from 11 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at her residence. She was born September 7, 1938, in Putnam County, TN, to the late Bob Lee Keith and Ila Brown Keith. In September of 1956, she was married to Ray Louis Dyer, who survives. She was a secretary and factory worker, and a member of the Union Hill Church of Christ. Survivors include her Husband: Ray Louis Dyer of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Sons: Eddie Ray Dyer of Seattle, WA, and Terry Lee (Sherry) Dyer of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Daughters: Ruthie (Edward) Birdwell of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Susie (Gordon) Gunther of Morgan Hill, CA; 7 Grandchildren: Tiffany (Josh) McCowan, Darren (Amanda) Birdwell, Daniel Dyer, Courtney (Anthony) Flatt, Jenna Dyer, Gordon Gunther, and Amy Gunther; 4 Great-Grandchildren: Jackson McCowan, Jameson McCowan, Jase Birdwell, and Jake Birdwell; and 2 Sisters: Bobbie (Frankie) Neal of Cookeville, TN, and Helen (Billy) Scarlett of Cookeville, TN.
