Mrs. Joan E. Stacy, 73, of Livingston, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. She had chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home at this time. She was born May 9, 1940, in Chicago, IL, to the late Russell A. Hunter and Esther C. Linker Hunter. She was married to the late Eston Stacy. She was an automotive factory worker. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Russell A. Hunter and Danny Hunter. Survivors include 1 Son: Eloy Beltran of Orlando, FL; 1 Daughter: Debbie Kaufman of Chicago, IL; 9 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren; 1 Brother: Fred Hunter of New Mexico; and 1 Beloved Sister: Annette Pepel and Grandson, Matthew, of Chicago, IL.
