Funeral services for Mrs. Jo Ann T. Boyd, 76, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at the New Hope Baptist Church in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M., and at the church on Sunday from 1 P.M. until time of services. She passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County. She was born November 4, 1940, in Atlanta, GA, to the late Rice Washington Tomlin and Mary Ellen Tomlin. She was a special education teacher's aide, and served in the Women's Army Corp. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her First Husband: Charles Leon Dees; and her Second Husband: Robert W. Boyd. Survivors include 4 Sons: David D. Dees of Cameron, SC, Robert E. Dees of Atlanta, GA, Robert W. Boyd, Jr. of Butler, PA, and Ronald L. Boyd of Dalton, GA; 1 Daughter: Kimberly A.
