Jo Helen Heady

Mrs. Jo Helen Heady, 80, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She had chosen cremation, with no funeral services at this time. She was born October 15, 1938, in Clay County, TN, to the late Ed Lackey and Myrtle Buck Lackey. She was married to the late Bobby Clay Heady. She was a homemaker, and attended the Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Tommy Lackey and David Lackey; and 4 Sisters: Tennie Mae Ballard, Paulette Stafford, Billie Lackey, and Earnestine Tinsley. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Rachel Dawne Heady of Monterey, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Sydney Shae Heady, Austin Blake Johnson, and Alan Ethan Turner; 1 Great Grandchild: Kashton Lukas Scott McCowan; and 1 Sister: Thelma Hogg of Gainesboro, TN.
