Funeral services for Jimmy W. Stacy, 48, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, March 4, 2012, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Stacy Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 P.M. - 9 P. M., and on Sunday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at his residence. He was born April 6, 1963, in Tompkinsville, KY, to the late Joe Elmer Stacy and JoNell Stacy. He was a carpenter, and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Billy Joe Stacy and Jerry Lee Stacy; and 1 Sister: Cathy Bull. Survivors include 4 Sisters: Joyce Smith, Linda Goolsby, Brenda Hunter, and Bobbie Barlow, all of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
