Funeral services for Jimmy Roger Pigg, 67, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pigg Cemetery in the Fairview community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at his residence. He was born April 18, 1947, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Earnest and Ruby Warren Pigg. He was a plumber, and affiliated with the Stone Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife: Deborah Lynn Pigg; 1 Brother: Carsey Gene Pigg; 1 Niece: Patricia Allen; and 1 Nephew: Billy Christian. Survivors include his Fiance: Sherry Davis of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Roger Pigg of Lebanon, TN; 2 Step-Sons: Andy Key of Nashville, TN, and Jereme Davis of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Sharon Vaughn and husband, Randy, and Ruthie Stafford and husband, Jimmy, all of Lebanon, TN; 1 Grandchild: Sheena Stafford; 4 Step-Grandchildren; 1 Brother: Frank Christian and wife, Lillie Mae of Smithville, TN; 1 Sister: Ruth Bennett of Lebanon, TN; and his Caretakers and Special Friends: Billy and Sandra Stafford of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Brian Berry will officiate at the services.
