Funeral services for Jimmy Dale Martin, 64, of Cookeville, TN, will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Sam Flatt Cemetery on Shepardsville Road in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born June 14, 1956, in Cookeville, TN, to the late Arvil C. Martin and Clennie Kiula Pippin West. He worked in the tool and die industry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Frank and Billy Clyde West; and 1 Sister: Annette Anderson. Survivors include 3 Brothers: Alton Edward West of Michigan, Marvin Martin of Cookeville, TN, and Rellon Martin of Cookeville, TN; and 3 Sisters: Juanita Martin of Bloomington Springs, TN, Lois Bilyeu of Baxter, TN, and Peggy Lewis of Cookeville, TN. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. Memorial donations may be made to the Sam Flatt Cemetery by contacting the funeral home.
