Memorial services for Jim Meadows, 51, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 7 P.M. on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2017, in Jackson County, TN. He was born August 12, 1965, in Jackson County, TN, to Janet Dudney Meadows and the late Jack Lee Meadows. On September 26, 1997, he was married to Sandy Meadows, who survives. He was a truck driver, and a member of the Flynn's Lick Fire Department. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: J.D. and Willie Mae Long Meadows; and his Maternal Grandparents: William Henry Dudney III and Bonnie West Dudney Roberts. Survivors include his Wife: Sandy Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Jed Dalton Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Julia Danielle Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; his Mother: Janet Dudney Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Jack Lee Meadows, Jr. and wife, Pamela Ann of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Nephews: Jordan and Jacob Meadows; 1 Niece: Kaitlyn Jones and husband, Adam; and 1 Brother-in-Law: Josh Breeding.
