Jessie Pigg

Jessie Pigg was born July 29, 1944, in Jackson County, TN, and he passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 78.

He was the son of the late Roscoe Pigg and Iline Young Pigg. On April 23, 1989, he was married to Diane Pigg, who survives. He was a machine operator.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brothers: Kenneth, Richard, Charles Edward Pigg.

Survivors include his Wife: Diane Pigg of Gainesboro, TN; Step Children: Billy Kirk and Cindy Pigg, both of Gainesboro, TN; Brothers: Johnny Pigg of Gainesboro, TN, David Pigg of Celina, TN, Mickie Pigg, Danny Pigg, Tommy Pigg, Jeff Pigg of Gainesboro and Glenn Pigg, of Cookeville, TN; Sisters: Doris Lynch of Gainesboro, TN, Dorothy Doctor of Old Hickory, TN, and Lisa Barnes of Castalian Springs, TN; Grandchildren: George Pigg, Brandon Goolsby, and Amie Pigg; and Great Grandchildren: Kaiden Pigg, Kaylin Pigg, Khloe Matthews and Collin Hunter Pigg.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 2 P.M. at the Pigg Family Cemetery in Jackson County, TN, with Bro. Danny Scott officiating. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home.
