Funeral services for Jesse Tyler James Wheeler, 18, of Whitleyville, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, April 20, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 A.M. - 8 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. He was born November 10, 1999, in Cookeville, TN, to Jason Wheeler and Pamela Kernell. He was a student, and loved playing video games. He loved riding motorcycles, working with grandpa, old country music, picking on his little brother, and eating Mexican food. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather: James Wheeler; and Step Grandfather: Edward Sieber. Survivors include his Father: Jason Wheeler; Mother: Pamela (Adam Wrede) Kernell; Paternal Grandmother: Nell Sieber; Maternal Grandparents: Brenda Kernell and Jack Gentry, Tommy and Stacy Kernell; and 1 Brother: Luca Wheeler.
