Jerry "George" Denson

Jerry “George” Denson was born February 11, 1952, in Jackson County, Tennessee, and he passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, in Crossville, TN, at the age of 71.

He was the son of the late Grover Wilmoth Denson and Ova Ellis Denson. He was a retired handy man, and a resident of Crossville, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Brothers: Leon Denson, John Denson, Lonzo Denson and Wilmoth Denson; and Sisters: Katherine Haney, Lucille Horn, Ozetta Brown, Betty Thompson, Wanda Dulworth and Barbara Moss.

Survivors include his Children that he raised: Betheney Speck, Blake Speck, and Phyllicia Speck; Brothers: Joe Denson, Roger Denson, and David Denson; Sister: Edwina Tayse; and Granddaughter: Luna Speck.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 2 P.M. at Berry Cemetery on New Hope Road.
