Jerry Arnold Sams was born March 20, 1938, in Nashville, TN and he passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Signature Health Care of Putnam County in Cookeville, TN at the age of 86.
He was the son of Vivian Arnold Sams and Willie Lee Dennis Sams. He served his country as a Marine and later worked as a machinist.
Survivors include his partner: Jini Nash and son: Michael Sams.
Cremation was chosen and no services have been planned at this time.
