Funeral services for Jerri Margaret Flatt, 37, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Saturday, October 18, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Flatt - Woolbright Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Saturday from 11 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Monday, October 13, 2014, at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born November 15, 1976, in Putnam County, TN, to Arvil Flatt and Ann Frizzell Wylie. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents: Ray and Celia Fox Flatt; and her Maternal Grandparents: Charles H. and Frances Gipson Frizzell. Survivors include 3 Daughters: Chloe, Chelsie, and Cidney; her Father: Arvil (Mary) Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; her Mother: Ann (Omer) Wylie of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sisters: Rita (Ben) Davis of Gainesboro, TN, and Anita (Nathan) Hughes of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Step-Sisters: Elizabeth (Scott) Allen of Gainesboro, TN, and Stacey Wylie of Livingston, TN; and 2 Step-Brothers: Dewayne (Gena) Wylie of Florida, and Michael Wylie of Cookeville, TN. Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Sam Mainord, Bro. Jimmy Anderson, and Bro. Tom Lyles will officiate at the services.
