Funeral services for Mr. Jeremy Wayne Hammons, 32, of the Tinsley's Bottom community of Jackson County, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, November 15, 2015, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Shade, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M., and on Sunday from 12 Noon until time of services. He passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015, at his residence. He was born October 22, 1983, in Cookeville, TN, to Danny and Pamela Hammons. On October 1, 2015, he was married to Lauren Holley Hammons, who survives. He was a CAD designer at MP Components in Cookeville, TN. He was of the Catholic faith. He was an avid scuba diver, an animal lover, and had a passion for cars and riding motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents: Edgar and Tennie Mae Ballard; and his Paternal Grandparents: Herman and Mable Hammons. Survivors include his Wife: Lauren Holley Hammons of the Tinsley's Bottom community of Jackson County, TN; his Parents: Danny and Pamela Hammons of the Tinsley's Bottom community of Jackson County, TN; his Mother-in-Law: Judith Kemp Holley of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Best Friends who were like Brothers: Joseph West, Glenn Jackson, and Brock Wyatt; 3 Sisters-in-Law: Lisa Holley, Nikki Holley Young, and Leslie Holley; 3 Uncles: Tony Netherton, Roger Hammons, and Cecil Heady; 1 Aunt: Margaret Hammons Netherton; and his work family at MP Components in Cookeville, TN. Other family members and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
