Funeral services for Mr. Jeremy Duane Rector, 28, of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 12 Noon on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Dodson Branch Cemetery in the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Wednesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Rector passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2009, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born March 28, 1981, in Putnam County, TN, to Donnie and Teresa Rector. He was a construction worker and of the Freewill Baptist faith. He loved mudding down on the river; spending time with his kids; playing Playstation with Mason; watching movies, wrestling, and NASCAR; playing rook; and golfing. He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather: Martin Rector; and his Maternal Grandmother: Kara Choate. Survivors include 1 Son: Mason Rector of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Morgan Rector of Gainesboro, TN; his Parents: Donnie and Teresa Rector of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN; 1 Sister: Shannon (Tracey) Millsaps of Gainesboro, TN; Paternal Grandmother: Joyce Rector of the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN; Maternal Grandfather: Donald Choate of Monroe, TN; Very Special Friend: Stephanie Gentry of Gainesboro, TN; Father and Mother-in-Law and best friend: James and Donna Elrod of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Nephew: Tyler Millsaps; and 1 Niece: Kylee Millsaps.
