Funeral services for Mr. Jeffrey "Jed" Stafford, 51, of Bloomington Springs, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, September 22, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born February 12, 1966, in Jackson County, TN, to Anna Bell Stafford and the late George Dillard Stafford. He was an auto mechanic. He loved music and mustangs and deer hunting; but most of all his daughter. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by His Paternal Grandparents: Sam and Hallie Biggs Stafford; Maternal Grandparents: Artis and Nettie Haney Johnson; and His Step-Grandmother: Stella McBroom Johnson. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Kayla Ann Stafford of Cookeville, TN; His Mother: Anna Bell Stafford of Bloomington Springs, TN; 3 Sisters: Diana Haney of Bloomington Springs, TN; Linda (Steve) Hensley of Gainesboro, TN; and Donna (Bobby) Hammock of Bloomington Springs, TN; Mother of His Daughter: Joellen Stafford. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
