Funeral services for Jeffery Neal "Jelly" Stafford, 42, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 2, 2010, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 Noon - 9 P.M., and on Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born April 25, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, to Luke E. Stafford and Sue Biggs. He worked in construction, and was affiliated with the Lakeview Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents: Jim and Nina Allen Biggs; his Paternal Grandparents: Charlie Heard Stafford and Rose Lena Stafford; and 1 Infant Brother: Gregory Edgar Stafford. Survivors include 1 Son: Corey Jay Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; his Parents: Luke E. Stafford and Sue Biggs, both of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Douglas (Luanne) Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sisters: Audra (Todd) Owsley of Burkesville, KY, and Rachel (Chris) Caraway of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Nieces: Ciara Stafford and Jaedyn Stafford; and 3 Nephews: Joshua Smith, Trent Owsley, and Seth Owsley.
