Jeanette Loftis Conner

Jeanette Loftis Conner was born January 29, 1950, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of the late Morgan Laborn Loftis and Anna Jewell Loftis. On July 28, 1972, she was married to Kenneth Conner, who survives. She was a program assistant at USDA, a resident of the Sugar Creek community, and a member of the Sugar Creek Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Brother: Lewis Loftis; Brothers-in-law: Tom Stockton and Carlos Cook; and Sister-in-law: Sandy Loftis.

Survivors include her Husband: Kenneth Conner of Gainesboro, TN; Sons: Jonathan (Heather) Conner of Cookeville, TN, and Clint (Samantha) Conner of Cookeville, TN; Brothers: Lloyd (Sue) Loftis of Cookeville, TN, Lee Loftis of Sterling, VA, Ray (Paulette) Loftis of Livonia, MI, and Ronnie (Kay) Loftis of Bloomington Springs, TN; Sisters: Ina Jean Stockton of Clinton Township, MI, and Myra Cook of Sterling Heights, MI; and Grandchildren: Bryce (Tiara) Conner, Jackson (Jenna) Conner, Payton Conner, Macee Conner, Ella Conner, Aliyah Conner, and Layna Conner.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 2 P.M. in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. James Bybee and Bro. Randy Bybee officiating. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN. Visitation will be Thursday from 5 P.M. – 8 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
