Funeral services for Jarrett Thomas Hopkins 31, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Allentown Cemetery in the New Salem community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 P.M. - 8 P. M., and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, October 18, 2013 at his residence. He was born July 10, 1982, in Knoxville, TN, to Larry Hopkins, Sr. and Janice Oaks. He was married to Brittany Hopkins, who survives. He worked in the siding trade. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents: Charlie and Ina Phillips; and Cousin: Bradley Hopkins. Survivors include his Wife: Brittany Hopkins; 2 Children: Dawson Hopkins and Thomas Hopkins; his Parents: Larry Hopkins, Sr. and Janice Oaks; his Paternal Grandparents: Marion and Betty Hopkins; 2 Brothers: Jamie Jones and Larry Hopkins, Jr.; and 1 Sister: Jennifer White. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
