Memorial services for Miss Janice Jean Pippin, 65, of Bloomington Springs, Tennessee, will be conducted on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at 2 P.M. at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M. and on Sunday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She was born May 19, 1949, in Detroit, MI, to the late Aaron B. and Anna Jewell Haney Pippin. She was a school teacher at Gainesboro Elementary School and was a member of the Center Grove Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Johnny Earl Pippin. Survivors include 2 Brothers: Robert Randolph (Sheila) Pippin of Rockwood, MI, and Tim (Robin) Pippin of Nashville, TN; 3 Sisters: Dale Pippin of Bloomington Springs, TN, Lora (Roy) Cravens of Cookeville, TN, and Ruth Pippin of Bloomington Springs, TN; 3 Nieces: Sara Cravens, Rachel Pippin, and Becca Pippin; 5 Nephews: Robert (Leanne) Pippin, Adam (Autumn) Cravens, Joshua (Michia) Pippin, Caleb Pippin, and Paul Pippin; 2 Great Nephews: Logan Cravens and Joshua Pippin; 2 Great Nieces: Jennifer and Molly Pippin; and a Special Friend: Sandy Ragland.
