James Whitehair

Mr. James Whitehair, 90, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014, at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. The family has chosen cremation, with no visitation or services at the funeral home at this time. He was born October 29, 1923, in Smith County, TN, to the late John Irvin Whitehair and Agnes Hensley Whitehair. He was a painter by trade. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Ammon Whitehair. Survivors include 2 Sons: Doug (Kim) Whitehair of Gainesboro, TN, and Johnny (Angel) Whitehair of Rogersville, TN; 1 Daughter: Lisa (Danny Welch) Whitehair of Talbott, TN; 13 Grandchildren; and 15 Great-Grandchildren.
