Mr. James Thomas Cobble, 83, of Hilham, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at his residence. The family has chosen cremation, and no services are planned at this time. He was born January 9, 1925, in Fentress County, Tennessee, to the late William Isaac and Willie Maude Simms Cobble. He was an auto mechanic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a special nephew: Billy Mack Cobble. Survivors include his Life Partner: Oletta Norris of Hilham, TN; 1 Son: Leroy Phillips of Hilham, TN; 2 Granddaughters: Christie Lee of North Carolina, and Jamie Phillips of Oregon; and 2 Sisters: Mary E. Dietz of Long Beach, CA, and Ann Trueblood of Anderson, IN.
