Funeral services for Mr. James M. Wheeler, Jr., 72, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, March 25, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Wheeler Cemetery in the Dry Fork community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018, at his residence. He was born August 27, 1945, in Cookeville, TN, to the late James Madison Wheeler, Sr. and Aline Scarlett Wheeler. He was a disabled employee of Textron Aerostructures in Nashville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Grandson: Shannon Carter; and 1 Brother: David Wheeler. He is survived by 1 Son: Jason Wheeler of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Alecia Wheeler and Tammy Wheeler, both of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Grandsons: Jesse Wheeler of Whitleyville, TN, Eli Wheeler of the Dodson Branch community, and Luca Wheeler of Whitleyville, TN; 2 Granddaughters: Kecia (Eric) Bartholomew of Gainesboro, TN, and Madison Wheeler of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Great Grandchildren: Lily Bartholomew and Luke Bartholomew; and 1 Aunt: Bobbie Jean Dennis of Gainesboro, TN.
