Funeral services for Mr. James H. Smith, 66, of Nashville, TN will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, February 17, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Hensley Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2014, at Southern Hills Medical Center in Davidson County, TN. He was born June 7, 1947, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Campbell Edward Smith and Mary Emily Stafford Smith. He was disabled, and a member of the Madison Creek Baptist Church in Goodlettsville, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Sisters: Linda Louise Parker and Barbara Ann Smith. Survivors include 5 Brothers: Alvin Smith of Nashville, TN, William (Dena) Smith of Goodlettsville, TN, Charles Smith of Cookeville, TN, Roy Smith of Smyrna, TN, and Jack (Beverly) Smith of Smyrna, TN; and 1 Sister: Wanda (Terry) Burchett of Lascassas, TN.
