Funeral services for Mr. James Clinton Young, 43, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 P.M. - 8 P.M., and on Tuesday from 11 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Young passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2009, at his residence. He was born September 24, 1965, in Nashville, TN, to the late Thomas Carson and Mary Katherine Dickey Young. On December 19, 2004, he was married to Jo Jo Young, who survives. He worked in construction, and was a member of the Gainesboro First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his Wife: Jo Jo Young of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Kit Carson Young of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Mary Leigh Horton of Nashville, TN; 2 Granddaughters: Ashlyn and Elizabeth Tungate, both of Nashville, TN; 1 Brother: Joe Young of Gainesboro, TN; and 3 Sisters: Debbie Leung of Nashville, TN, Lisa Young of Lebanon, TN, and Kelly Grear of Jackson, TN. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Rev. Russ Cain will officiate at the services.
