James "Bobby" Kinnaird,

Mr. James Robert "Bobby" Kinnaird, Jr., 66, of Cookeville, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at his residence. The family has chosen cremation, with no services at this time. He was born March 15, 1952, in Laurel, MS, to James Robert Kinnaird, Sr. and the late Peggy Kinnaird. He was the County Mayor of Jackson County, TN, and a member of the Fairview Church of Christ. He also served in the U.S. Army National Guard. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother-in-Law: Dale Flatt. Survivors include 2 Sons: J.R. (Sarah) Kinnaird and Ross (Sara) Kinnaird, all of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Rebecca Kinnaird of Cookeville, TN; his Father: James Robert Kinnaird, Sr. of Cookeville, TN; 3 Brothers: Ronnie Kinnaird of Gainesboro, TN, Randy Kinnaird of Cookeville, TN, and Dennis Kinnaird of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Debbie Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; and 2 Grandchildren: Shayla Kinnaird and Tyler Kinnaird.
