James Benton Kilmon

Funeral services for Mr. James Benton Kilmon, 53, of the Harmony community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, March 29, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Smith (Kettle Creek) Cemetery in Tompkinsville, KY. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 - 9 P. M., and on Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Kilmon passed away on March 25, 2007, at his residence. He was born August 12, 1953, in Tompkinsville, KY, to Archie E. Kilmon and the late Avo Bonnie Kilmon. He worked in the logging industry. He was preceded in death by his mother: Avo Kilmon. Survivors include his father: Archie E. Kilmon of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Brothers: Ricky (Sherry Jo) Kilmon, and Archie Kilmon, Jr., both of Gainesboro, TN and J.C. Kilmon of Clay County, TN; and 5 Sisters: Wanda (Gerald) Mathews, Bonnie (George) Flatt, and Joyce (Mark) Mullins, all of Gainesboro, TN, Betty (Jonathan) McBride of Rickman, TN, and Genivieve Fahey of Cookeville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
