Jake Mayberry

Jake Mayberry was born October 4, 1975, in Cookeville, TN and he passed away on July 14, 2021, at his residence in Bloomington Springs, TN, at the age of 45. He was the son of Mary Mansell and the late Charlie Odell Mayberry. He worked as a mechanic for the City of Cookeville. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Charlene Speck. Survivors include 1 Son: Joseph (Victoria) Kent Mayberry of Bloomington Springs, TN; 2 Daughters: Samantha (Zachary) Michelle Morgan of Cookeville, TN, and Haley Brook Mayberry of Gainesboro, TN; his Mother: Mary Mansell of Cookeville, TN; 1 Brother: Charlie Mayberry of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Donna Cleghorne of Bloomington Springs, TN; and Grandchildren: Cassidy Hamman, Shelby Mayberry, Jackson Mayberry, Rachel Mayberry, and Natalie Mayberry. The family has chosen cremation, with memorial services on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Bloomington Springs Community Center at 2 pm.
