Funeral services for Mrs. Jacqueline Lee Ward, 50, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 4 P.M. on Sunday, July 2, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Sunday at 3 P.M. and following the service until 6 P.M. Mrs. Ward passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2006, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born February 1, 1956, in Richland County, Ohio, to James Earl Cornett and Patricia Jeffries. Mrs. Ward was a factory worker, and a "rose among dandelions." She was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: James Brooks and Roby Brooks; and 1 Sister. Survivors include 2 Sons: Kenneth Cornett of Buffalo Valley, TN, and Robby Ward of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Mercedes Amber - Lee Cornett, Kenneth Earl Cornett, Jr., and Scott Pitman; her father: James Earl Cornett of Colorado; her mother: Patricia Jeffries of Shelby, Ohio; 2 Brothers: Kenneth Kelley of Mansfield, Ohio, and Bluesilver of Bellefontaine, Ohio; 1 Sister: Sallie Brooks of Mansfield, Ohio; and Special Friends: Kathy Kessler, Jeannie Oney, and Terry Huston.
