Memorial services for Jacob Isaac Miller, Sr., 65, of Whitleyville, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Unity Church of the Cumberlands located at 823 E. 10th St. in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. He passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born October 1, 1954, to the late Oscar E. Miller, Sr. and Delores Amwake Miller. He was married to Constance L. Miller, who survives. He worked in highway construction. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Oscar Miller, Jr. and Billy Miller. Survivors include his Wife: Constance L. Miller of Whitleyville, TN; 1 Son: Jacob I. Miller, Jr. of New Jersey; 2 Daughters: Jenniefer L. Miller of Algood, TN, and Jessica A. Lewis of North Carolina; 9 Grandchildren; the Mother of his children: Judith A. Schriner of New Jersey; 2 Brothers: Glenn Miller of IN and Daniel Miller of New Jersey; and 2 Sisters: Deborah Skeen of New Jersey and Maria Sherman of Cookeville, TN. Rev.
