Graveside services for Jackie Lee Laughter, 78, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, October 18, 2019, at the Welch Cemetery in the New Salem community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. He passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. He was born August 19, 1941, in Merced, CA, to the late John Pershing Laughter and Roma Spillman Welch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: John Pershing Laughter, Jr. and Jessie William Laughter. Survivors include 1 Sister: Shirley Anne Webb of Atwater, CA; and Special Niece: Jo Ann Garrison of Cookeville, TN. Rev. Kelly Stockton will officiate at the services.
