Ina B. Wiggins

Funeral services for Mrs. Ina B. Wiggins, 70, of the Wartrace community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 10 A. M. on Tuesday, February 22, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Wiggins Family Cemetery in the Wartrace community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 - 8 P.M., Monday from 1 - 6 P.M., and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mrs. Wiggins passed away on Friday, February 18, 2005, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born July 22, 1934, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Carlos Raines and Mary Finn Raines. On April 25, 1964, she was married to Carlen J. Wiggins, Sr., who survives. Mrs. Wiggins was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Robert W. Spurlock; 1 Brother: Eugene Raines; and 1 Sister: Mary Catherine Raines. Survivors include her husband: Carlen J. Wiggins, Sr. of the Wartrace community of Jackson Co, TN; 3 Sons: George Spurlock of San Jacinto, CA; Carlen Wiggins, Jr. of the Wartrace Community of Jackson Co., TN; and Michael Wiggins of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Sandra Jones of Chicago, IL; and Shirley Hawkins of Gainesboro, TN; 5 Grandchildren: Gerald Jones, Jeremy Spurlock, Phoebe Spurlock, Brittany Wiggins, and Victoria Wiggins; 4 Brothers: Charles Raines of Somerville, TX; Ralph Raines of Springfield, TN; Roger Raines of Alpena, MI; and John L. Raines of Charlotte, TN; and 3 Sisters: Sue Robbins, Margaret Emerton, and Joann Harbin, all of Nashville, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Bro. E.C.
