Herman "Booger" Jones

Herman “Booger” Jones was born August 14, 1945, in Gainesboro, TN, and he passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Celina Health and Rehab Center at the age of 77.

He was the son of the late Bedford Jones and Lena May Keith Jones. He was married to the late Thelma Dean Jones, and was retired from termite spraying.

Survivors include his Son: John Wayne Jones of Gainesboro, TN; Daughter: Christina (Ray) Burgess of Gainesboro, TN; and Grandchildren: Eric Jones, Ethan Burgess, and Elijah Burgess.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at 1 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M., Friday from 12 Noon – 6 P.M., and Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
