Herbie Fox

Herbert Lee Fox better known as Herbie Fox was born December 2, 1971 in Cookeville, TN and he passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center at the age of 49. Herbie was the son of Charles Lewis and Edna Sue Haney Fox. He was a mental health worker and a member of the Shiloh Church of Christ. On February 26, 2005 he was married to Kimberly Gail Terry Fox who survives. They enjoyed 16 years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Herbert and Frances Fox and maternal grandparents, Virgil and Addie B. Haney. Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Fox of Cookeville, sister, Kimberly (John) Quesenberry of Jemison, AL; parents, Charles Lewis and Edna Sue Haney Fox; nephews, Nathan and Joshua Quesenberry of Jemison, AL, mother-in-law, Peggy S. Terry of Dover, TN, sister-in-laws, Ginger Terry and Lisa Terry both of Smyrna and faithful pet companion, Gladys, other relatives and many friends also survive. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 4 to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home and again on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 10 am to 2 pm. Funeral services will be at 2 pm in the Chapel of the funeral home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery. Due to COVID 19 family request that masks be worn during the visitation and funeral.
