Funeral services for Mrs. Helan F. Huddleston, 88, of Avon, IN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Thomas Cemetery in the Willette community of Macon County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 P.M. until time of services. She passed away on Friday, October 19, 2018, at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, IN. She was born August 30, 1930, in Haydenburg, TN, to the late Chester and Zelma Forkum. She was married to the late Eli Hue Huddleston, who passed away November 29, 1967. She was an LPN, and a member of the Chapel Glen Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Ernest Ward Forkum. Survivors include 1 Daughter: Reta (Bob) Blevins of Avon, IN; 1 Grandson: Chad Blevins of Greenwood, IN; 1 Brother: Shelby "S.W." (Bonnie) Forkum of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister: Kathleen Smoliga of Estil Springs, TN. Bro. Kenny Long will officiate at the services.
