Funeral services for Mr. Harold Douglas Hawkins, 78, of Hilham, TN, will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, December 16, 2019, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Maxwell Chapel Cemetery in Hilham, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born August 19, 1941, in Clay County, TN, to the late Huel Hawkins and Pauline Hawkins. He was married to the late Alice Beechboard Hawkins. He worked as a concrete truck driver, and attended the New Life Community Church in Hilham, TN. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Step Son: Billy Beechboard. Survivors include 2 Sons: Doug (Robin) Hawkins of Cookeville, TN, and Wayne Beechboard of Gainesboro, TN; 5 Daughters: Jackie Hill of Cookeville, TN, Jennifer (James) Brown of Cookeville, TN, Wanda (Carl) Lowe of Livingston, TN, Sue (Todd) Koehler of Cookeville, TN, and Jackie Beechboard of Gainesboro, TN; the Mother of his Children: Patsy Hawkins of Hilham, TN; 15 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; 2 Brothers: Lawrence (Patsy) Hawkins of Livingston, TN, and Alan (Debbie) Holt of IN; 2 Sisters: Linda (Brian) Smith of Hilham, TN, and Kaye Hawkins of Hilham, TN; and his Aunt: Reba Boles of Hilham, TN.
