Funeral services for Mr. Harley Joe Clark, 68, of Cookeville, Tennessee, will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, October 31, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Burris Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at Signature Health Care Center in Algood, TN. He was born February 20, 1946, in Jackson County, TN, to the late John Clark and Beulah Clark. He was married to Connie Elaine McCloud, who survives. He was a farmer, and worked at Cookeville Radiator Shop. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Nide Clark Ferguson. Survivors include his Wife: Connie Elaine McCloud of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: Tim McCloud and wife, Lacey, of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Rose Marie Clark and husband, John Theis, of Cookeville, TN; 2 Granddaughters: Amber Ann Theis and Taylor Ann-Paige McCloud; 3 Brothers: Harold Clark, John William Clark, and Dewey Bean, all of Jackson County, TN; and 1 Sister: Willie Bean of Sparta, TN.
